Construction Technology
Construction Technology is a two-year program, which offers study in residential construction. Study includes training for the job market in all areas of the construction phase. Students participate in the layout of footings and foundations, grade elevations, plan reading, rough and finish carpentry, and residential wiring. Students are given an opportunity to complete the OSHA 10-hour training course to receive their OSHA card. Through classroom and shop activities, students will be given an introduction to construction math, hand and power tools, employability skills, basic construction terminology and practices.

Portable, industry recognized, certification from the National Center for Construction and Education Research
10 Hour Certification- Safety certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is required on many jobsites.
Post-secondary
With the NCCER certification students can continue their education within many careers in construction such as construction, construction management, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry and heavy equipment.
